Downloading Tips
We are unable to provide tech support at this time, since devices vary. However, we want to offer you a pleasant, stress-free downloading experience, so here are some tips to get you on your way.
Here are some basic instructions for downloading, but if you still have trouble, you can refer to the full downloading tutorial HERE.
With a mobile device, you may not be able to download through a link, so if you're using a phone or tablet, you may get a compressed ZIP file.
How To Unzip a file:
First, save the ZIP file to your computer. Then, right-click and select, "Extract All." This will create a new file on your computer. Open the file and add it to iCloud or Dropbox to get the files on your device. If you're having trouble, it sometimes helps to switch to a different browser.
On A Mobile Device:
With some devices, you can simply long hold the zipped file icon and then click, "Extract."
If this doesn't work, you may need to get a free app to unzip your file. (FileExplorer Free is a good one). With this, you should be able to unzip the folder to access it.
You Files Will Come In PDF Format, so if your computer has Adobe Reader on it, you should be good to go. If your laptop, PC, or mobile device does not have a PDF reader, you'll need one to access your files. (Adobe Reader is the most common one and it's free. You can download it here.)
If you have downloaded the file and can't find it, try looking in Downloads under My Computer or search the title of the file on your computer. (Sometimes files like to hide but you can track them down this way!)
